      Spherion Staffing is looking for a top-notch candidate to join our team as an Employee Relation Coordinator at one of our top clients in Greeneville, TN. Hours will be 1st shift hours starting at 6am. There will be 9 hour days and occasional Saturdays. This is a full-time entry-level position. Pay is hourly and will be between $14.00-$14.50 an hour.Responsibilities:Must be able to professionally communicate written and orally with client management and employeesCoaching and counseling employees as needed to include terminations when necessaryConducting interviews and testing with qualified candidates including new hire orientations and paperworkAssist with staffing any open client positionsAssist current employees with any personnel issuesMaintaining daily attendance records along with electronic time keeping system reportingConducting investigations regarding employee relations such as injury reporting (Workers Comp) and harassment claimsCompleting multiple daily reports utilizing ExcelWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PMSkills:Human resource knowledgeSupervisionExcelGoogle SheetsEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:High School Diploma/ GED requiredSome Experience using Excel and Google Sheets6 months of experience working in a supervisor position with some basic Human Resources knowledge and administrative skillsMust be reliable and dependable with ability to be at work at 6am along with possible overtime and weekendsMust be willing to spend roughly 2-3 hours a day on the manufacturing production floor communicating with employees as this is not 100% desk jobExcellent communication skills and positive attitude requiredMust be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMay require travel to Johnson City branch office - note: first week of training will be in Johnson City Apply online or email an updated professional resume.
