      Primarily responsible for providing effective customer care for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department.Responsibilities:Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requestsProcess customer orders/changes according to established department policies and proceduresWork closely with the Credit Department to resolve disputed credit itemsProvide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with sales rep to meet and exceed customers' service expectationsPerform other related duties as assignedWorks with shipping to resolve shipping concerns, parts department, QC, and Glass Works closely with engineering to better assist our customersAnswer incoming Queue calls, 2nd line calls, emails and faxesAssists advertising as needed, writes n/s replacement and return authorizationsAnswers heavy incoming phone call volume and responds to daily phone calls regarding inventoryAssist salesperson with any information they need or request: catalogs, tabs, videos, etc.If department needs assistance with catalogs, kits, photographs, etc.Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a high functioning teamMicrosoft Word & ExcelAttention to detailThoroughnessReporting research resultsverbal & written communicationEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Customer care experience with a lighting distribution company preferableCustomer care experience with an internal or independent sales forceArchitect & designer sales experienceBachelor's preferred2-5 years experience - or equivalent combination of education and experience Please apply with your resume attachedSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
