      We are looking for experienced Title Processors to support the services of closers and handle post closing tasks.Responsibilities:-Ensuring deed, mortgages and other documents are accurately recorded in a timely manner (use of simplifile is preferred).-Responsible for completing post-closing tasks accurately and in a timely fashion-Responsible for reviewing lenders closing instructions and getting closing packages out-Timely response to and resolution to recording rejection matters-Work with bookkeeper to assist with escrow accounting reconciliations-Receives files from closers, and review all documents, insuring that documents are properly signed and notarized -Obtain missing information and/or correct inaccuracies as appropriate.-Ensure compliance with lender???s instructions-Prepare and send loan packages to lenders.-Maintains logs for recordings and title policies-Prepares recordings including intake sheets, checking for accuracy-Record electronically -Send title policy typing requests to appropriate underwriter with supporting documentation-Prepare logs for title polies and send title policies to lender/ownersWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Positive attitude-Takes initiative-Team player-Detail oriented-Organized-Thrives in a busy environmentEducation:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Knowledge of excel and word processing is required-Bachelor???s Degree or equivalent; will allow substitution of job experience in lieu of a degree is preferred-Minimum of two years experience in the Post Closing/Processing and or Title Services within the Mortgage Industry is required-Must have a High School Diploma or GED-Must be able to pass a multistate background and drug screen Please apply online or email your resume directly to the recruiter at ashleytuccio@spherion.comSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
