Maintains a clean, neat and well-organized work area, which includesreturning items to appropriate location and areas (i.e. raw materials, backdrops, brass,strapping, pallet jacks, etc.)Ensure that finished product is visibly acceptable and inspected for 100% customersatisfaction (i.e. appearance of coils, tightness of strapping, C-Fold Height/Box Sizes,hoses are clean, neat, properly arranged in boxes/ packaging, crimped, utilized correctmaterials, overall appearance of total packaging, etc).Ensures all components are correct per the specification (i.e. verification processes,backdrops, brass, ties, etc)Takes ownership in ensuring products produced meet quality standards and are builtaccording to the product specification sheet (i.e. Specific material, wall thicknesses,construction specification, gravity, kiss coat, ID, etc.)Conducts routine quality checks (i.e. ID, Kiss Coat, Gravity, etc.)Immediately notifies the lead operator, shift supervisor and/or management of qualityissues and concerns.Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AMSkills:- Ability to work in nonclimate-controlled environments.- Frequent exposure to loud machinery and noise.- Ability to operate warehouse related equipment (i.e. pallet jack, tape gun, stapler, etc.).- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.- Stand and walk frequently 90%100% of the time/ability to work 12 hour shifts.- Carries, push, and pull materials frequently.Education:High SchoolExperience:7-10 yearsQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.13 years experience in manufacturing environment (preferred).Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) (preferred).Strong attention to detail.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to read and write in English.Effective math and reading skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environmentOrganizational skills; ability to work with little supervision.
