Sheets must be in good condition to be put back into production. Training aids are available to define a good sheet versus a bad sheet. Examples of bad sheets would be damaged, ripped, stained, and/or contaminated. Any old production tickets would also have to be removed and discarded.2.Sheets that are deemed fit for production are to be stacked neatly in the designated area. You will work on a team to perform all activities related to the digital printing process. Program and prepare jobs for printing, coating, cutting, packaging, to support production/customer needs. Trouble shoot equipment problems. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance on equipment as required. Ensure product quality throughout the entire process. This person assembles wire harnesses, cable assemblies, printed circuit boards/mechanical assemblies with the use of various hand tools, adhering to the standards required. These are long-term, temp-to-hire positions.Responsibilities:Perform basic assembly tasks at a proficiency and quality standard rate set by the plant.Read and follow written build instructions (process sheets) to perform assignedoperation(s), including numbered lists, color coding and diagrams.Perform operations defined in product documentation to build printed circuit/mechanicalassemblies.
