      We are looking for a Level II IT Technician to provide technical support to the organization. In connection with the IT team, this role ensures continuity of computer system services for computer users by providing technical assistance. With over 45 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and a diverse array of industries, the company has many opportunities for growth and expansion.LocationThis is located in Bainbridge, GA. Occasionally, this role may be required to travel to our other plant locations to support specific projects or workload or training activities.Pay Rate$65,000 annuallyResponsibilities:Essential Functions- Provide technical support to assure continuity of the computer systems- Enable and install software and hardware products as required- Diagnose hardware and software faults and solving technical issues- Establish accounts for new users and assist with login problems- Proactively monitor technology assets to identify opportunities and issues- Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities- Perform routine maintenance activities across production floor and offices- Document resolution activities- Support cloud desktop and server computing.- Remote support of all A-1 plants.- Help implement and support processes across the environment.- Projects as assigned ranging from automation to technology upgrades.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.- Technical capacity- Problem-solver oriented- Service-oriented- Self-motivatedEducation- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceEducation:AssociateExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- Minimum 3+ year of experience providing technical support- Ability to manage time effectively.- Strong interpersonal skills.- This job operates in a professional office environment.
