       Spherion Temple needs a Deburr Technician for a local manufacturer here in Temple! This will be in a production environment so previous experience in a similar role is a plus! This position is responsible for inspecting instructions and cleaning weld slag off all details that go through welding operations.Responsibilities:- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and performs other tasks as assigned- Cleans various details of machined parts that require deburring.- Uses pneumatic vice, belt sander, hand grinder and various other tools.Working hours: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:- Ability to perform inspections and record data.- Ability to evaluate and record data to validate or indicate deviations from specifications.- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.- Ability to complete reports and correspondence in writing- Inspect sub-assemblies to be sure they are ready for final assembly.- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.- Ability to read prints, drawings and specifications.- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers concerning quality matters.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and preforms other tasks as assignedEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:1.       The Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for the maintenance of machinery and auxiliary equipment. He/ She will engage in the repair of automated computerized machine controls, and repair and maintain machines, equipment, buildings and grounds.Responsibilities:Makes major electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs and installation involving schematics and/or blueprint interpretation.Troubleshoots drive related issues to component level of controllers.Determines root cause of failures and recommends preventive actions. Communicates same through work order system comments/history.Communicates consistently with internal customers regarding status of equipment in shop.Advises supervisor of needs for outside services and works with service representatives on equipment and controls repair and installation.
