      As a Quality Assurance Associate you will be responsible for Incoming inspection - verify material and parts from vendors against purchase orders, packing lists and drawings. Perform incoming visual and mechanical inspection utilizing CMM, optical comparator, microscopes, micrometers, vernier calipers and other various inspection hand tools. Document all required information per established quality standards.Responsibilities:-First article and last piece inspection-Perform visual and mechanical inspection using appropriate equipment and tools to ensure parts conform to all drawing specifications and requirements. Document all required information per established quality standards. -Work with production staff and management on quality related issues -Establish quality cards and job routers -Maintain calibration logs for all quality equipment and hand tools -Maintain logs for certified material rack -Job duties stated above is not intended to be all inclusive.
