      The position of Quality Manager will involve some special projects with work direction possibly coming from multiple sources. Products manufactured are widely used in the grain, concrete, aggregate, mining, and agricultural industries. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Quality System:o Maintenance of the ISO9001 Certified Quality System.o Manage and carry on Internal Audits.o Coordinate External Audits with an official registrar company. Product Quality: Vendors Quality and performance. Incoming material inspection. Internal Product Quality: Internal processes quality and controls, and final quality controls. Customers Quality: Manage costumer complaints and costumer relations regarding quality. Create stability and processes to support the QMS.Responsibilities: Oversee all product development procedures to ensure compliance of quality standards. Verify that the purchased raw material or products from suppliers meet the specifications. Monitor the vendors performance. Supervise the inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. Inspect final output to guarantee that requirements are achieved, approving the right products, and rejecting defective ones. Keep accurate documentation of all processes and procedures in the plant. Analyze data to detect deviations from the standards. Submit detailed reports as needed.
