Lead QA oversee across packing lines and warehouse areas, ensuring food safety, compliance, sanitation, documentation, and employee training are completed to standard.
Responsibilities:
Oversee startup, in-process, and sanitation checks across packing line operations

Perform pre-op inspections, X-ray verification, scale calibration, and work order/material validation
Monitor product quality, labels, packaging accuracy, PPE compliance, and line documentation
Ensure CCP checks are completed properly and at required intervals
Conduct facility inspections in clean rooms and import areas
Calibrate temperature-monitoring equipment and complete thermometer ice bath testing
Maintain compliance records and lead QA training for new and existing employees
Support sanitation verification through ATP testing and end-of-shift checks
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous QA experience in warehouse, packaging, or food safety environments
Team lead or supervisory experience
Knowledge of HACCP, CCPs, and good manufacturing/warehousing practices
Experience with Plex or similar systems, ATP testing, X-ray survey meters, and scale calibration
Confident in communication, organization, and training skills
