- Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday
- Location: Madison, WI (Fully On-Site)
- Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Perform incoming inspections on raw materials and components against technical drawings and acceptance criteria
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain electronic quality records using GDP standards
- Identify nonconforming materials and assist with nonconformance disposition processes
- Log, track, and summarize quality data using Microsoft Excel to support continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to resolve material quality issues
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of inspection or quality experience, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
