Responsibilities:
- Core Focus: Oversee all quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation programs for the spray drying and antioxidant production lines. You will lead the plant???s compliance efforts, manage the QA laboratory, and serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and customer audits.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with filter mat and tower spray drying is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelors in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or eqivalent experience)

- Education: B.S. in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role within food manufacturing.
- Certifications: HACCP and PCQI certifications are required.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with filter mat and tower spray drying is highly preferred.
