Responsibilities:
Supervision of the Quality Department
Ensure ISO standards and procedures are effectively implemented in the Quality Department
Maintain documentation of Quality Department activities required by ISO standards
Implement statistical methods necessary to monitor process control and establish root cause
Assure efficient and economical utilization of materials
Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance
Assist with planning and budget preparation.
Participate in vendor meetings as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to work independently while dealing with multiple tasks
Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to address employee concerns and performance in a positive, professional manner
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently while dealing with multiple task
Ability to read and analyze blueprints to ensure product conformity.
Basic knowledge of statistical methods and charting.
AIAG PPAP Standards (FMEA, Control Plan Process Flow) and Menology
