- Schedule: 1st shift with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM

What You'll Do:
- Execute product testing programs to identify and isolate design defects
- Report and track product issues using a database to ensure they are resolved
- Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports to the development team
- Maintain and organize testing equipment within the research and development lab
- Learn and apply best practices for product assurance and industry standards
What You'll Bring:
- Technical diploma or associate degree in electronics, or equivalent job-related experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
- Strong team-player mentality with good communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow project plans and technical instructions accurately
- Motivation to learn new tools, applications, and corporate processes
