Responsibilities:
Read engineering drawings and blueprints to confirm product requirements.
Work with leadership and engineering team members to clarify specifications.
Select and inspect items at various stages of production to make sure they match quality standards.
Measure parts precisely using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Record inspection results, track data, and create clear written reports.
Perform basic math calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Keep drawings and paperwork organized with the correct parts as they move through the facility.
Complete daily production sheets accurately for your supervisor.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints or technical drawings.
Experience operating overhead cranes or heavy machinery safely.
Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
You can lift or move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
You are comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
You have good manual dexterity and physical coordination.
You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work habits.
