Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming, in-process, and packaged citrus fruit to ensure compliance with size, color, grade, and defect standards.
Line Audits: Perform routine line checks to verify proper packaging, labeling, weight accuracy, and box counts.
Defect Reporting: Identify and report fruit defects, decay, or non-conforming product to production leads immediately.
Documentation: Keep accurate, basic daily logs of quality checks, temperature readings, and inspection results.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all food safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and facility sanitation protocols.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or general warehouse/packing work (citrus or produce experience is a plus!).
Ability to speak English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
Rotating Schedule Availability: Must be flexible to rotate shifts weekly (6:00 AM ??? 6:00 PM one week, 2:00 PM ??? 11:00 PM the following week), including weekends (with 2 scheduled days off per week).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small fruit defects and maintain high accuracy during high-volume production.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/packing environment that may involve standing for extended periods and temperature variations.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable for scheduled shifts.
