We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspection Technician to ensure our products meet required standards. You will be responsible for inspecting materials and finished products, documenting findings, and collaborating with the production team to uphold our commitment to quality.

Perform in-process and final inspections using blueprints and technical drawings.
Operate and maintain various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify product specifications.
Document inspection results, record defects, and report non-conformances to the production team.
Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure all products meet established quality and safety standards before shipment.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
Aptitude in using a variety of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a quality inspection or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other formal quality management systems.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting.
