Spherion Erie is working with a client in their search to fill a 6am - 2:30pm, Quality Inspector position in Erie, PA. The pay rate is $15.00 to $16.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

The Quality Inspector is a great role for someone that has extreme attention to detail.  We are looking for someone with a great work ethic who is looking for a long term opportunity with a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspector responsibilities include:
  • Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies
  • Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria
  • Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM’s and inspection documents
  • Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI requirements
  • Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria 
  • Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment

  Education: High School

  Experience: 6 months

  • Previous quality experience preferred but not required

  Skills:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail orientation
