As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities to maintain and improve our quality management system. Your key responsibilities include:
System Management: Lead the development and operation of the company's quality system. You will maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Quality Control: Manage plant quality activities, including training and delegating quality resources. You will be responsible for the application of all testing and standards for final product conformance. This also includes coordinating the calibration and management of all inspection devices.
Chemical Processes: Manage the chemistry of the pretreatment systems and chemfilm treatment to meet process objectives. You will also incorporate analytical methodologies and systems for their validation.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience in manufacturing and quality-related activities.
Laboratory experience to support operational needs.
Experience with gage and measurement system calibration.
Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and expectations.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School graduate required; additional formal training is preferred.
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing and quality-related activities is preferred.
Supervisory and Quality Management experience is required.
Knowledgeable of ISO-9001:2015 Quality System or similar quality systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Experience with gage and measurement system calibration.
