The Quality Technician serves as the primary technical quality expert on the production floor. Responsible for root-cause analysis, advanced testing, equipment calibration, trend analysis, and guiding corrective action plans (CAPA) to maintain plant-wide quality and regulatory compliance.

Investigate complex quality failures on the line using structured problem-solving methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D).
Operate, maintain, and calibrate specialized testing and precision lab equipment.
Draft technical non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with Quality/Manufacturing Engineers on CAPA initiatives.
Audit manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to ISO / Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Collect, chart, and report quality metrics (yield, defect trends, scrap rates) to plant leadership.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
5+ years of dedicated Quality Technician experience within an industrial or high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
2?4+ years of dedicated Quality Technician experience within an industrial or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in root-cause investigation tools (5-Why, 8D) and blueprint/schematics reading.
Hands-on proficiency with specialized testing/lab instruments and equipment calibration protocols.
Experience with ISO standards, QMS documentation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
Work within the required shifts: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm) or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday (6:00pm-6:00am or 6:00am-6:00pm)
