Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal at our Naples location, you will be the backbone of our legal operations, specializing in Litigation and Real Estate Law. You will manage everything from high-level trial preparation to critical e-filings, ensuring our attorneys and clients are supported with expertise and nuanced local knowledge.
Create motions, pleadings, judgments, and disclosure statements with precision.
Manage complex attorney calendars, schedule court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
Execute e-filing of pleadings and ensure the proper service of documents.
Prepare comprehensive trial notebooks and provide active assistance in trial settings.
Review and prepare discovery packages, including interrogatories and production requests.
Assist with the drafting of estate planning documents and real estate closings as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with discretionary profit-sharing environments.
A background in administrative versatility within a multi-state firm.
Local insight into the Naples and Collier County legal landscape.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and strictly deadline-oriented.
