We are looking for a charismatic and organized Medical Receptionist who can serve as the "face" of our client's facility while also amplifying their community's story online. This dual-purpose role requires a professional who can seamlessly transition from managing a busy front desk to capturing the heart of client's facility through engaging social media updates. Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination: Greet residents, visitors, and vendors; manage check-in/check-out processes and coordinate with clinical staff.
Administrative Support: Manage the multi-line phone system, distribute mail, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Social Media Management: Create 2?3 posts per week that highlight the vibrant life at the facility, such as holiday celebrations, facility updates, or resident activities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Social Media Savvy: Experience managing business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, including basic content creation (photography and caption writing).
Creative Flair: Familiarity with simple design tools like Canva or basic video editing apps to create "Community Highlights" or "Staff Spotlight" posts.
Healthcare Experience: Prior experience specifically in skilled nursing or rehabilitation environments.
Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to manage administrative filing and data entry while maintaining an active and welcoming front-desk presence.

Qualifications:
Front-Office Proficiency: Minimum 1?2 years of experience in a medical or professional office setting.
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and in-person inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compliance: Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy is maintained in the office and on social platforms.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for grammar and tone.
