Spherion is hiring a Receptionist for a client of ours in the Auto Repair space in Fort Wayne, IN. If you are an experienced customer service representative or receptionist, we want to hear from you!
Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm *Saturdays are required
Pay: starting at $16/HR
Responsibilities:

-Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
-Greet and be able to assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish as needed
-Process payments and issue invoices for services rendered
-Maintain organized records of transactions, customer files, and service tickets
-Schedule appointments and communicate updates to customers regarding their vehicles
-Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication
-Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized area
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-High attention to detail and organizational ability
-Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
***Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both verbal and written communication)
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (automotive industry preferred but not required)
-Basic proficiency with computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, invoicing/payment systems)
-Must be able to work on-site in Fort Wayne and maintain regular, reliable attendance
