Develops Recruitment Strategies:- Develops and implements effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for available and future positions.- Collaborates with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.- Utilizes various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and community involvement/partnerships, to source potential candidates.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent.- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and perform initial assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Hiring Process Management:- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Facilitates candidate assessments, reference checks, and background screenings, and ensures all required new hire documentation is collected and complete prior to the employee's start date.- Collaborate with HR team to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.- Co-facilitate New Employee OrientationOffboarding Support:- Supports employee offboarding process by partnering with managers to ensure required separation documentation is accurately completed and submitted in the HRIS in a timely manner.- Coordinates with IT, payroll, and management to ensure timely deactivation of system access and recovery of company property upon employee separation.- Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit interview data to identify trends.- Ensures all termination documentation is accurately pulled, completed, and stored in employee records upon termination and report separation information to applicable external vendors in accordance with company policy.Relationship Building and Networking:- Cultivate relationships with external organizations, educational institutions, and professional associations to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and passive candidates.
1-4 years
- Preferred experience in healthcare recruiting or non-profit recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree, or Associates + acquired business experience. - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. - High level of professionalism, strong communication skills, advanced organizational skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
