The Recruiter plays a vital role in the Human Resources Department by attracting, sourcing, and selecting highly qualified candidates across all levels of the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process-from strategy formulation and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer execution. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR team members to build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth, efficient, and inclusive hiring process aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute candidate-sourcing strategies across various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, and community events) to build a diverse applicant pool.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens and initial assessments, perform in-depth interviews, and evaluate applicant qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate background checks and reference screenings, assist with offer extensions, and oversee seamless new-hire onboarding.
Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to cultivate relationships with external organizations, educational institutions, and talent pools.
Assist the broader HR team with ad-hoc projects, organizational growth initiatives, and cross-departmental administrative tasks as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Prior recruitment experience within the healthcare, non-profit, or community service sectors.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, applicant evaluation, and pipeline building.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, document creation, and presentations.
Conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally with applicants, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Advanced organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
