Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job requisition creation, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding support.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using various channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and industry-specific events.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building a positive employer brand in the manufacturing sector to attract high-quality candidates.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate reports on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on recruitment.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
