Responsibilities:
Review & Understand: Break down job orders to understand exactly what skills and experience a client is looking for.
Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database to find qualified candidates.
Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to vet candidates for skills, culture fit, and reliability.
Operations & Compliance: Follow our internal workflows and ensure all hiring steps comply with California labor laws.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, keeping them updated on our progress.
Sales Awareness: Be open to identifying potential new business leads and supporting our growth efforts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Accountable: You can work independently, manage your own desk, and hit your weekly goals (KPIs).
Organized: You can handle multiple job orders at once without letting the details slip.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Customer Service Background: You have experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role (Staffing, Retail, or Hospitality management is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: You can learn new software quickly and are comfortable using a CRM or ATS.
