In this role, you won't just be filling jobs you'll be matching top-tier talent with companies that need them most. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Actively source passive and active candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), and our internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, and in-person interviews to assess candidates? skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the hiring process by extending offers, and managing onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screens, etc.).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting (agency experience is a huge plus, but we also value strong sales or customer-facing backgrounds).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable cold-calling and pitching opportunities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms, and standard Microsoft, and Google Workspace tools.
The "Hustle" Factor: High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. You don't let a "no" discourage you.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without letting candidates or clients slip through the cracks.
