Responsibilities:
What You???ll Be Doing:
Connect & Recruit: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. (Recruiting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!)
Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with candidates and client companies, delivering top-notch support every step of the way.
Pivot & Perform: Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Office Administration: Manage candidate paperwork, schedule interviews, update systems with high attention to detail, and handle daily administrative workflow.
Community Engagement: Serve as a welcoming, community-focused ambassador for our agency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
