Grow the Legacy: You'll inherit a healthy book of business. Your job is to deepen those relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure we remain their partner of choice.
Hunt New Territory: You won't just wait for the phone to ring. You will be responsible for lead generation, cold outreach, and networking to build a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Move beyond "features and benefits." You will act as a consultant, understanding client pain points and tailoring our [Product/Service] to solve their specific challenges.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Sales, Manufacturing and Engineering teams through all phases of the client experience. You will manage the full life-cycle of the sales and account management experience.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in Strategic Prospecting: The ability to research a territory and identify "high-fit" companies rather than just cold-calling everyone.
Experience in Social Selling: Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networks to build a presence and "warm up" leads before the first call.
Ability Objection Handling: A successful rep doesn't see "no" as the end; they see it as a request for more information. They excel at turning technical or budgetary pushback into a conversation about value.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, aerospace, or facilities sales/business development experience.
