Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment, including fillers, conveyors, packaging, processing, and automation systems, to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, utilizing diagnostic tools such as vibration meters and laser alignment systems
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and resolve equipment failures, reducing unplanned downtime.
- Develop and revise maintenance procedures and schedules based on customer manufacturer recommendations and failure analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role within a fast paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, ultrasonic or infrared analysis.
