Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of 403(b) plan administration services for participating school districts
- Assist with plan reviews, document conversions, and program amendments
- Support the implementation of new program features like automatic enrollment and matching programs
- Train internal staff and plan sponsors on administrative processes and regulatory updates
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party administrators and recordkeeping vendors
- Analyze internal procedures to develop creative solutions that improve service delivery
- Provide high-level customer support to participants and employers regarding their retirement accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Strong understanding of 403(b) or 408(a) regulations preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence and reporting
- Ability to explain technical retirement and investment concepts in easy-to-understand terms
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment
- Proficiency with financial software or online recordkeeping systems
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
