Responsibilities:
This isn't just a job-it's your chance to be on the front lines of Floridas storm recovery. In this 12-week temporary project, you'll be a vital part of our Roof Repair response team to work with those impacted by major storms, processing claims, communicating with customers and internal staff members, and keeping records accurate.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping families get back on their feet and putting our communities back together.
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: 40-hour week, with four 10-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM - flexibility in that you get to pick the schedule you can commit to!
Our ideal candidates will be quick learners who are ready to jump in and get to work taking on these responsibilities within one to three days of training:
- Handling inbound calls and providing professional, empathetic support to customers.
- Processing and updating insurance claim information in our internal system with speed and accuracy.
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and project statuses.
- Coordinating with field teams to ensure claim information is current and correct.
- Following up with customers to provide claim updates or request additional information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
While not required, experience in claims processing or a high-volume customer service environment is a plus. Your commitment to helping others is what matters most!
