The Operations Manager is also the liaison between dispatch and customer service to ensure that all communication in the workplace is exceptional. This individual will partner with the VP of Operations & Senior Executive VP on day to day driver productivity. They will work with the Safety Coordinator to monitor driver DOT and safety compliance. You will also work with HR to recruit, interview and hire drivers. Along with conducting evaluations for new hires and reviews of performance for drivers/dispatchers.Responsibilities:The Operations Manager will oversee all drivers and dispatch representatives to ensure that customer demands are met.
