The Operations Manager is also the liaison between dispatch and customer service to ensure that all communication in the workplace is exceptional. This individual will partner with the VP of Operations & Senior Executive VP on day to day driver productivity. They will work with the Safety Coordinator to monitor driver DOT and safety compliance. You will also work with HR to recruit, interview and hire drivers.
