      Variety of welding processes utilizing mig, tig, robotic, and gas applications. Welds commonly used metals and alloys of various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, etc. Selects welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals. Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blue prints, layouts, or work orders. Welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Working knowledge of welding materials and equipment. Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.Responsibilities:Entry level welder. Works with close supervision and relies on both blue prints and fixtures to meet any cosmetic specs to any internal or external customer requirements. Required to fill out necessary paperwork (i.e. Production Job Records, Non-conformances, Time cards, and Product Identification Tags, In-process Inspection Records and Facility maintenance Records).More advanced welding includes operating of two types of welding equipment and passing internal leak tests within testing capacity.
