- Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary (dependent on experience).

What You'll Do
- Drive Safety Operations: Lead company safety programs in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry standards.
- Hands-on Engagement: Conduct jobsite audits, lead root-cause incident investigations, and support pre-job kickoff planning.
- Empower the Team: Deliver safety orientations, annual training, and field safety education across office, shop, and jobsite crews.
- Manage Compliance: Oversee OSHA submissions, SDS, prequalification platforms (ISNetWorld, Avetta), union drug testing, and driver qualification files (MVRs).
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in safety management within construction or specialty contracting.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 required. CSP, CHST, or similar certifications preferred.
- Expertise: Strong hands-on understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations, worker's compensation, and jobsite risk mitigation.
- Location: 100% Onsite & Jobsites in Madison, WI
