Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring, training, and setting performance expectations for the sales team, as well as rewarding excellent work and recommend promotions or transfers.
- Develop sales and customer service skills in staff through both on-the-job and classroom training and will ride along with sales staff to provide coaching to enhance customer interactions.
- Manages the flow of leads and ensures that the sales staff has the necessary training and tools to succeed.
- Formulate strategies to influence the company's business direction, including forecasting trends and making recommendations for price increases to stay ahead of competitors and increase revenue.
- Track sales results, building reports as needed, and providing these reports to the Owner.
- Building and maintaining relationships with others.
- Requires effective communication with both crews regarding job proposals and with customers. The Sales Manager also communicates regularly with staff through individual and group meeting
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Possessing personal traits such as integrity, resiliency, and personal accountability is preferred.
- The ability to manage all processes and personnel of the Sales Department.
- The ability to formulate strategies to influence business direction, stay ahead of competitors, and increase revenue.
- Live within a reasonable commute of the office to ensure timely arrival and consistent presence for team collaboration and management.
- Career stability - history of consistent tenure will be highly valued.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least two years in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of business principles and practices, and sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories. Familiarity with construction or foundation systems is helpful.
- Technical Proficiency using software like Microsoft Office, database management, and other business software.
- The ability to motivate, guide, and direct others to achieve business outcomes.
- The role may require a certain degree of physical fitness to handle the demands of the job. Candidates should be capable of sedentary work, which involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and may involve occasional standing or walking.
