Responsibilities:
Be the Face & Voice: Interface with customers in-person and handle inbound phone calls with a helpful, professional attitude.
Keep Things Moving: Coordinate sales orders, track inventory, and ensure accuracy from placement to delivery.
Bridge the Gap: Utilize warehouse systems to keep the front office and the warehouse floor perfectly aligned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Upwards of 6+ years of experience (including management) qualifies you for the higher end of the pay scale.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 2???3 years of experience in a similar role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
System Smart: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly valued.
