Responsibilities:
Curate the Experience: Greet every client with warmth and professional poise, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and maintaining an active client book.
Maintain Visual Standards: Ensure the boutique remains "runway ready" by assisting with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a pristine floor environment.
Relationship Management: Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, special events, and personalized "thank you" notes to foster long-term loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Handle high-value transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with inventory management and boutique security protocols.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Luxury Background: Previous experience in a high-end or boutique retail environment is strongly preferred.
Styling Expertise: A keen eye for design, fashion trends, and the ability to coordinate complex outfits or high-value gift sets.
Clienteling: Experience building and maintaining a personal client database.
