Skills:
Technical Background: Prior experience in a tech-adjacent role or industry.
Dispatch Experience: Familiarity with routing, logistics, or dispatching personnel.
Field Management: Experience managing or supporting outside technicians.
Service Coordination: A history of supporting installation services or project-based workflows.

Qualifications:
Pro Communication: You're comfortable and confident on the phone for the duration of your shift.
Tech-Proficiency: Ability to manage a high-volume digital workspace, toggling between various screens and databases without losing accuracy.
Customer-Centric: A background in customer service or administration where you've excelled.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Testing: Skills testing must be completed in order to be considered.
Screening: Must successfully pass an onboard screening process.
