Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $78k-$80k (potential for pay increase upon conversion)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial data to generate journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Compile financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and other performance reports to reflect the companys current and projected financial health.
- Review accounting documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, document, and enhance accounting policies and procedures to support effective financial management and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Prepare work papers, schedules, and reports that support audit activities and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Foster a professional and collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information and proprietary business practices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Prior internal experience in progressive accounting roles is highly desirable.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and accounting software.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
- A strong background in inventory accounting and fixed asset depreciation
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
