Pay: $27-$31/hr + Signing Bonus + Frequent Overtime
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s with 3-day weekends available

Responsibilities:
Lead small-to-medium sized field crews on installations for AV, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Network Cabling
Interpret blueprints and install wiring, devices, and equipment with precision
Perform terminations, soldering, and rack building
Maintain project documentation using company software
Travel to job sites with overnight stays as needed
Support team communication, quality assurance, and technician training
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
Ohio Fire Alarm License
BICSI Certification
Access Control Specialist credentials
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AV, security, access control, fire alarm, or network cabling
Proven leadership of technical field teams
Strong understanding of blueprints, wiring standards, and field installations
Proficiency in terminations, soldering, rack building, and cable management
Willingness to travel and lead in dynamic field settings
