You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent for specific roles across the organization. Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate the scheduling of interviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with senior management to define job requirements and qualifications for vacant positions.
Strategy & Sourcing: Develop alternative strategies for difficult searches, including partnering with local universities to build a talent pipeline and managing relationships with external placement agencies.
Networking: Build a contact database via social media, organize and attend job fairs, and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Negotiation & Verification: Negotiate terms with candidates and agencies, and conduct thorough reference and credential checks.
Market Analysis: Collect and analyze data regarding market salaries and candidate demand to ensure competitive hiring.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to EEO, ADA, and other relevant employment laws and regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least four years of experience in external recruitment, internal staffing, or an equivalent combination of both.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a high aptitude for conducting interviews and interacting with senior leadership.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Professionalism: Strong initiative, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of employment laws (EEO, ADA).
