Production Planning: Translate demand forecasts into executable production plans; manage detailed schedules based on material availability and lead times.System Management: Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems (BOMs, lead times, safety stock, and yields).Risk Mitigation: Identify capacity limitations and material risks; develop recovery plans for operational disruptions or demand changes.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Scheduling to align material plans with production needs.Reporting: Track KPIs including schedule adherence, material availability, and on-time delivery; provide status updates to Sales and Management.Process Improvement: Support S&OP processes and participate in root-cause analysis to resolve recurring material or scheduling issues.Compliance: Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all established safety protocols.

Certifications: APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP).Industry Experience: Experience in regulated or ISO-certified manufacturing environments.Planning Frameworks: Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Continuous Improvement: Background in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: Minimum of 5 years in materials planning, production planning, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with ERP/MRP systems and a strong working knowledge of MPS logic.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify risks, and make informed scheduling decisions.Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills; ability to present technical updates to non-technical stakeholders.Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory management and capacity planning principles.
