What You'll Do:
- Process multi-state U.S. payroll efficiently while ensuring full compliance and accuracy
- Oversee daily integrations between Workday and ADP, reviewing employee files and pay profile changes
- Manage employee deductions, HSA contributions, tax withholdings, and timecard imports
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll questions, leaves of absence, and audit requests
- Partner with accounting on month-end and quarter-end accruals and assist with tax agency registrations
What You'll Bring:
- Experience managing multi-state payroll processes and tax regulations
- Hands-on experience using ADP and Workday platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll deductions, HSA/FSA administration, and general ledger accruals
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members
