Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, and recreational activities. Monitor resident behavior, mood, and interactions; document observations accurately., Provide emotional support, encouragement, and redirection when needed., Assist in implementing treatment and behavior management plans under staff supervision., Promote a safe, respectful, and structured living environment., Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow established safety protocols., Accompany residents to appointments, group activities, or community outings, as assigned., Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and healthcare providers regarding resident needs., Support residents in developing coping skills, independence, and healthy routines.
