Responsibilities:
???Schedule and coordinate maintenance and service
???Provide backup support for sales order entry and accounting functions
???Receive, route, and manage daily service and parts inquiries
???Set up, maintain, and update customer contact records in the company CRM system.
???Develop, organize, and maintain a database of standardized responses
???Serve as the first point of contact
???Prepare and verify all dealer paperwork
???Assist with physical inventory
???Provide reception desk coverage
???Coordinate and schedule installations
???Support existing vehicle owners
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
--Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or service/parts support role.
--Familiarity with inventory processes, order entry, or logistics documentation.
--Experience working in a manufacturing, automotive, RV, or service-oriented environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
???Professional customer service and problem-resolution skills.
???High School Diploma or equivalent
???3+ years of overall experience in customer service and order entry
???Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
???Strong Excel and data entry experience, typing 30wpm
???Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
???Ability to assess issues, determine appropriate actions, and follow through to resolution.
???Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
???Willingness to provide cross-functional support as business needs require.
