Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain specialty industrial machinery at client sites
• Set up and commission new machines or relocate operational equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems both remotely and on-site
• Perform customer training and provide after-installation support
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with machine installation, PLCs, and servo motors
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain a wide range of industrial equipment
• Capable of working independently and traveling frequently (up to 70% nationwide)
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
• Able to travel frequently (up to 70%) and adapt to varying work environments
