We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to ensure our service operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is the central link between our clients, our repair team, and our administrative processes. Responsibilities:
The Service Coordinator will perform duties across logistics, administration, and client relations, including:
Product Intake & Documentation:
Un-box, receive, and perform necessary decontamination of incoming service devices.
Create accurate Service and Complaint Records.
Post incoming data within the SAP system.
Operational Management:
Work closely with the service repair team to prioritize and ensure products are repaired and returned to customers efficiently.
Assist the logistics team with preparing and shipping completed service devices.
Prepare and provide a Weekly Packaging Material Demands Report.
Administrative & Financial Support:
Process all associated paperwork throughout the day, maintaining organized and up-to-date physical and digital service records.
Assist with tasks related to Costing, Invoicing, and Quotations.
Assist in the DHR (Device History Record) Scanning and archiving process.
Assist in various clerical duties as needed, including general office organization.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on service status and resolving issues via professional written correspondence.

Skills:
Proficiency in administrative or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, specifically Max, Virje, and SAP.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience.
Technical: Excellent overall computer skills.
Communication: Demonstrated excellent written communication skills for professional client interaction via email.
Physical: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed to handle incoming and outgoing products.
