Responsibilities:
- Inspect, accept, and verify all incoming raw materials and component parts against purchase orders.
- Accurately enter receipts and update material records using the Made2Manage (M2M) system.
- Ensure all incoming parts are labeled, cataloged, and staged in their designated warehouse locations.
- Pick parts and materials based on pick lists and transport them directly to the assembly floor to keep daily build schedules on track.
- Electronically issue pulled materials to corresponding job orders in M2M once items are placed in staging areas.
- Proactively identify and report potential material shortages to prevent production or shipping delays.
- Carry out routine physical inventory counts and audits as requested.
- Prepare, package, and ship outbound parts orders accurately via carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Maintain open, clear communication with assembly leads, warehouse teammates, and operations personnel to align with scheduled delivery deadlines.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior experience handling shipping, receiving, or inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Comfortable with computer data entry and warehouse software (M2M or comparable ERP systems preferred); ability to navigate carrier shipping portals (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment, or the ability to quickly certify on-site.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver bins and parts weighing up to 50 lbs; comfortable with active standing, bending, and walking across the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
